Can I personalise the emails sent to my customers?
The affiliate store owners can not customise the default emails sent to your customers.
These include
- Welcome email
- Order confirmation email
- Shipping email
- Abandoned cart email (including discount code)
- etc
Elements of the email are customised to the store name, including the Stores name and contact details.
As an affiliate store, Tee Junction will ultimately set up and control the emails sent to customers.
It is not possible to disable emails.
