When are Affiliate Store Commissions paid?

Here is an outline of when affiliate store commissions are Held, Cleared, then Paid to the store owner.

  1. When an order is received, the commissions are then held during the stated Shipping period set by the Tee Junction system. This is usually up to 15 business days for Standard Post, and 10-12 business days for Express Post after the order has been despatched by Tee Junction and received by the customer.
  2. Once the Shipping period has finished, the Commisions are then cleared for payment
  3. The default payment date is the 1st day of each month
    1. Optional: You can elect to be paid earlier for any cleared payments. This does incur a small fee which is calculated during the process

Held commissions are commissions pending on orders that have been paid for, but not yet produced and shipped.

Cleared commissions are commissions yet to be paid on orders that have been shipped and in which the maximum number of shipping days specified for the shipping method used has elapsed.


How are Affiliatre Store Commissions paid?

Tee Junction uses Decetwork's platform to host stores. The default payment method is via Paypal. Store owners can nominate a Paypal account in the Store Settings.

To add PayPal Commission Settings:

  1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
  2. If you are the Fulfillment Center, browse to Admin > Websites.


    Select Manage for the website you want to configure.

  3. Click Commissions, then PayPal Commission Settings.
  4. Enter the email identifier of your PayPal business account in the space given.
