What is the best format and specs submitting design files?

For Digital Printing, we recommend the following.

• PNG file with transparent background
• 150-300DPI Resolution
• A 14" x 16" if you wish to maximise the Adult print size
• Design and save your files in RGB

Recommend Design Programs: 

• Adobe Photoshop (sRGB/RGB)
• Adobe Illustrator (export files to PNG with transparent background)
• Canva (download in highest resolution PNG possible, with no watermarks)
• Tee Junction's Online t-shirt designer for basic designs

For Screen Printing, we recommend

• Vector files (.eps, .ai, .PDF) with colours separated onto different layers. Each layer will be used to create a screen
• Vector artwork provides the sharpest lines and details.
• PNG files with transparent background accepted for 1-3 colour designs
  • Ensure very high DPI, 300-900 DPI
  • Low-resolution PNG files may result in jagged and pixelated edges.
